Agh...Don't joke like that. My conversations in real life are like this:

Stranger: Hi there Brianna!

Me: ....Oh uh...H-Hey there uh...Yeah...-an awkward sound between a whisper and a soft voice-

-The person looks at me strangely-

Stranger:Ok then. I gotta go....

Me:....

Yes! I'm a lot like this, especially with new people. I had a friend who I grew close with tell me that she thought I was more standoffish and aloof when we first met because I was very quiet. And meeting people I know in public, especially when you're both going on the same bus is really awkward. Do I sit next to them after they say hi and force myself through awkward conversation until one of us gets off or do I sit somewhere else and risk having them feel insulted.  

I'm really open with children though, and ever since I've been working with them regularly, I've slowly become better in social situations.

Awesome! I hardly can be bothered to match socks in my laundry, I wear mismatched socks too! No one in the professional world will see my socks (hopefully) and my friends think it fits my personality, so why not?

Inspired me to make a poem solely based off of search terms I saw come up

Six-point-five more hours here, you furry cup of coffee. I have never done resolutions before, in fact I only found out it was a tradition a couple years back, but might as well. My main resolutions then are to get college done and start studying what I'm actually good at, start a cosplay ask blog and just generally get some cosplay shit done, become less androgynous, get my health up, fix my relationship with my mom (which by the way, is in the process already, I hope), do more art, and be more active on dA.

Yeah, I don't do resolutions. I don't really understand the whole idea of saying "I want to do this, but I'm not going to try until the new year" 

Haha yeah, my goals were the same ones I've been working on all last year. Not looking forward to the crowding in the gym for the next two weeks, then it'll be back to normal hopefully.

My Christmas present to myself was a new laptop to replace my 5 year old one. What are some PC games to try out? I was thinking of looking at Child of Light.

I really liked this one compared to your other story. The first chapter was great! Really makes you curious about where the story is going to go. I'll probably read a little more later.

Elf, I'm so sorry to hear that. It's not your fault and don't ever think it was your fault. You're not the problem, it's him. If he was willing to have a child with you, he should have been fully aware of the responsibilities he now has as both a father and a partner to you. We all love you very much and I hope things get better.
