Well there was an option for NMM without a shirt but I worried they meant the chest all-together, I wanted to know if there was a way to go back and change my mind through the client.

OH, yes of course. just go to the mods tab and double click on it. it'll say it's uninstalling it. this is alright. now reactivate it and you can reinstall it with whatever version you desire.

And the mod I did like for her apparently has a lot of clipping issues and the handprint is on both sides, I wanted it on the one.
Hopefully by the time I get her they'll make a better mod that makes her jet black again.

Yeah something is really wrong with my game, it's way too buggy.

I'm going to have to try to fresh install but keep my modded house where all my stuff is.

Also, how do I reach other saves?

All it shows now are my 2 level 1s.

yeah definitely. don't want that stuff to disappear.

unless you have some sort of mod to manage save files, they all should appear in your load menu. go ahead and check that the files are still there in your documents/my games/skyrim/saves folder.

IT's not..

I only ever get 6 saves and I learned from Oblivion to quick save like mad.

2 files of my nords never got saved over, but now my elf has..

All it is are the 4 attempts at me trying to go through the starter quest and it all bugging out.

I did the save rollback again..

Lost 2 levels and am a vampire..again..

I grabbed everything from my house.
I'm wearing modded gear.

What will happen if I reinstall skyrim fresh and start over with mods?

And what do I need to make copies of to save the progress I have now?

But yeah, as far as the bugs I've been getting..

Missing walls/floors/ceilings.
NPCs bugging out completely. IE Running non-stop into walls/getting stuck in areas they shouldn't.
Dark places are MUCH darker than they should be.
Places that shouldn't be dark, are.
The fucking shadows.. every time I try to fix them they revert to the ignignokt ones and it drives me mad.
Lag spikes and random dcs..
The saves overwriting other character saves, as we have seen..

I know there's more, but you get the idea..

shit, i'm so sorry bubbie.

definitely, definitely back up your Documents/My Games/Skyrim/Saves folder. that should save all of your info/progress. make sure you do not let the cloud resynch your saves on the new install, though.

if you're wearing modded gear, take note of what you're wearing. so long as you reinstall those before loading your game, you should have no trouble. i've uninstalled/reinstalled triss armor a few times and lydia still has it in her inventory.

and as your save files go, for your elf, save yourself a new savefile. created her a second numbered one, maybe even a third. there's apparently a bug where if you save over the prisoner file (save 001 when you started a brand new character), the game sees it as an autosave and will overwrite it.

and those are some major, major screwups O.o i'm not even sure where to begin diagnosing that.

How do I create a new save file for her specifically?
I name it Saves2?
