Agreed, though I think that the Rogue class is OP. It definitely improves the role playing aspect. What campaign did you run, one of the books or one of your own?

I'd be interested if you are still looking! I love the Cthulhu mythos, and RP'ing in general.

#77023 when did you lose your innocence

But arguably, I was very innocent minded until I was 22. That's when my innocence goggles fell off.

#77084 Sword Art Online II

I enjoyed season one, parts one and two. This season, I just want to push Kirito's storyline to the side and watch the new female character. She is arguably the the most interesting character in the show!
Kirito just seems OP, and a blank slate.
#77093 (comics) Scott Pilgrim series: just started reading and already love it
Posted by Paranormalist on 06 August 2014 - 06:48 PM in Comics, Books, and Graphic Novels
I enjoyed the movie before I read the books... then I LOVED the books and disliked the movie.
The books span months and help the romance blossom, where as the movie spans the course of maybe a WEEK and just makes Scott look like a pathetic guy following a bitchy girl.... It made more sense, really, for Movie Scott to end up with Knives. They actually had common interests, character development, and at the end of the film, it came full circle when they both fought the main bad guy together, similarly to how they played the game in the first act. It's as if the writers and director decided they'd focus on their OTP.

Would it be in poor form to post to this post's topic now that the subject has switched around? Still learning forum etiquette.

I would love to game again, but IRL I've no one to play with. If anyone needs an extra player for an online game, I am LFG! :-)

But anyways! Things about me...
I'm a jack of all trades, essentially. I've been a teacher, a salesman, a recruiter, a student... and I still don't know where I want to be.
I'm a father of two, a boy and a girl. I'm also divorced, but spend every moment I can with them! :-) They're really awesome kids that I can't WAIT to see how they grow to be!
I enjoy almost every facet of nerdom.
I am currently learning japanese, and yo hablo un pequino espanol.
And right now, I am watching RWBY.

I recommend eating breakfast. It speeds up your metabolism and assists with burning calories, which, trust me, is needed when aging.

My profile picture is me, a few Halloween's ago. I look the same now, but with slightly longer/slightly shorter depending on how I feel.
My red is, however, the most AMAZING shade of red!

I like staring and making people uncomfortable.
Staring and... making people... uncomfortable?
Maybe if they're Edward Cullen...

My weight barely changes regardless of how much or how little I eat, so I see no reason to eat breakfast XD
... You and I may never be friends.
