Just saw the first (and currently only) episode. Lots of exposition and scene-setting, not much action. On the plus side, woo Kirito/Asuna.

It looks like it'll be good.

Hoping it'll be good, but I'm gonna wait to watch it till there's more out. I get impatient.

So far my only issue is the quality is a little fuzzy. Might just be an issue with the site I watch it on though. I'll probably hunt for an HQ download once the series is out fully.

SAO 2 isn't even on the site I normally use which is all the more reason to wait. :P

Ya for speed of uploads I love Otaku-Streamers. It's pretty close to the moment it's done airing, it's uploaded. XD

They're also usually high quality. Fairy Tail 2014 is pretty much bluray quality >.> delicious.

Also I demand girl Kirito.

Gaaah I made the mistake of getting into dubbed anime, I watched all of Fairy Tail dubbed and now I cant watch the original subbed version because everything is so different.

I like some dubs. I haven't seen Fairy Tail dubbed because OS only deals in subbed XD I think it'd make me sad though. Knowing it's not up as far as I am in the subbed series is just depressing, especially since the dub hasn't reached the majority of my favourite characters.

I could never do subbed, for some reason hearing it in Japanese and reading it in English confused me too much so I couldn't focus on the anime. Imo the dubbed FT is really good, but I agree it is depressing how it isn't completely dubbed yet. :/

I enjoyed the first one for what it was worth, so I'll check out the second one.

I want to wait for the second season to finish first because it's hard to me to wait for the next episode a whole week. I'd just watch SAO II in one day and that's it. Though it's hard to me to wait a few months for it to finish.. DAMN WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I enjoyed season one, parts one and two. This season, I just want to push Kirito's storyline to the side and watch the new female character. She is arguably the the most interesting character in the show!

Kirito just seems OP, and a blank slate.

Oh good! My favorite show...

I agree, the second part of SAO was boring. I don't like it when the writers make a character near invincible.

I agree, the second part of SAO was boring. I don't like it when the writers make a character near invincible.

He was near invincible from the beginning. By nature of being the main character, and the storyline of the SAO arc being a death game. It was known from the outset he would not die.

The ALO arc introduced a respawn system which helped flesh out his character somewhat. He was so confident and cocky, it crushed him to think that he could actually lose. In SAO if he lost it wouldn't have mattered; he'd be dead and unable to ponder it. But in ALO it lets him see that strength isn't enough.

I finished the 1st season last night and it was pretty good. I liked the fact that in ALO it had respawn system because now you can die. It was kind of predictable in SAO he wouldn't die so it kind of made it not as exciting I guess?
