Because Human's are typically greedy, power-hungry and violent creatures that just cannot accept each other for who we are.

Well, seeing as I've lost nearly seven stone now, I think it'd be a good time to update my contribution to this thread.

Welp, I guess you've realised the sad truth: the whole world's gone mad!

Aren't socks fabric that rub on your toenails..?

No, because it doesn't brush across them like it does when I pull the cover or something.

#107165 Weird States

Not a U.S. state, but still funny.

Italy looks like a big boot kicking the Eiffel Tower (Sicily) over.

I can't stand socks. I take them off as soon as I get home. I'm convinced that people who sleep in them are lizards or something.

Maybe... maybe I am.

#107158 Why do these things exist???

I'd eat the pizza burger and the Firebrand burger. The rest not so much.

This, and still relevant to the posts since.

My t-shirt and boxers and socks.

I can't sleep without socks, I find the feeling of fabric rubbing against my toenails horribly unnerving.

#107134 Star Trek

Posted by Majestic on 25 March 2017 - 02:10 PM in Sci Fi

You know, I actually did like Star Trek: Enterprise. If you allow yourself to get past the somewhat wooden acting, and give the series a chance, it's pretty good.

I loved TNG and Voyager.

I tried twice to get into DS9, and failed.

Turns out I was just impatient, once they got the Defiant, it really began to drastically improve. And now DS9 is my favourite of the lot.

Definitely not "Deep Space Nothing", after all.

Though, I must say, personally I preferred the whole concept behind Stargate, and prefer the show as a whole. Must've watched Atlantis three times, and SG-1 twice. Give it another few years, and I'll probably watch them all again.

I found it such a shame that Stargate: Universe was cut short. I really liked the concept behind it, and I felt it had so much potential. Just not enough attention was paid to the story, keeping it interesting etc. I felt so annoyed that I never got to find out what it is they had found, and were travelling to at the end.

#107133 Challenge

Posted by Majestic on 25 March 2017 - 01:58 PM in Coding

I'm wondering, if anyone out there can get ranking a website into top of search engines, without paying money to any BIG co.'s, waiting 100 years to getting listed or without knowing some one, who knows some body..... BUT JUST BY coding and being creative?

Anyone, who can get the site : http://shalaweb.com high in search engines rank system have our respect and will be rewarded well,... but,.... is there any one so smart out there?!....

You're doing it right now, without us even pressing a button. I mean, that is why you signed up to ask a question about SEO on a site who's primary focus is not SEO. Oh, and of course that cheeky backlink.

I'd bet you're not even a real person, and yet I find myself ranting here at you, or at least my internal personified expectation of you're creator, dear robot.

I mean...

What is the point?

#107132 Favorite IDE?

Posted by Majestic on 25 March 2017 - 01:52 PM in Coding

PhpStorm all the way, just so much cleaner and more refined that basically every other web dev IDE.

NetBeans is just horrible.

Eclipse is just horrible.

Dreamwe... urgh, I think I'm going to be sick.
