MY SISTER'S KEEPER IS NOT A ROM COM, that's an emotional roller coaster ride of a move that will leave you devastated and in tears! I remember finishing that book at midnight when my sister hears me crying in my room and asks me if I'm okay. I go to sleep after finishing the book, and when I wake up and go get breakfast and she's on the couch crying at the same part!
Most rom coms that I know of I've already seen you talk about! Haganai, Nisekoi, Nozaki-kun. Oh! Have you seen Nodame Cantabile?
Haven't, but it's on my list now, thanks. It's a twenty something episode too.
And, good God, the wiki's description of that book makes it seem horrible. There's no rom or com or anything to be found. Not on the list.

I've seen the Diary one. I watched it as a kid, hoping she was a huge slut and there'd be a ton of sex scenes. I was disappointed.
