I am afraid of the dark

sometimes I can't sleep because I think of all the scenarios that might or might not happen

also i am terrified going to this pool party with my classmates on friday (I am the only girl -.-)

I am totally afraid of the dark too.

I admit I still have night lights through my house because I can't stand being in the dark.  I don't know what it is but I have never been able to kick the fear of the dark.

My gf is the same way, we gotta sleep with a night light which is a little hard for me because I sleep best in inky blackness.

My ex would complain constantly about the light.  I was content moving the night light to the hallway and then sleeping on that side of the bed. I just need like a little light so it's not pitch dark. Almost like a check point of light lol

Oh don't I know it.  That's totally what it is... It's not the dark that gets me, its the fact that there might be something there that I can't see.  My imagination is a bitch when I'm in the dark lol

I once actually screamed because there was someone sitting in my room, but when I turned on the lights it was only a heap of clothes..

Yea I didn't watch, I find no joy in being scared of what's in the dark. I get super anxious and wont sleep at all.
