I read the topic as Texas' xmas tree and came in expecting spent buckshot casings decorating a thick pine. Was confused by electricity, then assumed death penalty joke was in the works.

I have it from a reliable source that Texans shoot their Christmas trees down instead of using the more conventional axe or saw.
It is perfectly acceptable to fear and admire a being you could not possibly understand.

They had a wire lookng cherry blossom light tree at hobby lobby for like two hundred dollars.
It was super pretty, especially the blue one.
