Well, you can't really go wrong, without runes you'll probably need help taking out blue golem no matter the champion. I practiced on Warwick, he's cheap and easy, but falls off kinda late, and isn't really a threat until 6. All in all, though, I wouldn't recommend him.

I hear really good things about Rengar [whose gonna be my next jungle purchase], his W gives you good wave clear, and bonus armor. I've yet to try him myself, so Idunno how dependent he is on runes. Only downside is he's 6300, and I'm only buying him next cuz hes a furry.

I can jungle just fine with Zed, no runes or anything. He's all AD, naturally pretty strong [his W gives %AD bonus], and he can build pretty tanky as a result. Maxing his E clears jungles really quick, and his Ulti gives you just enough power for good ganks. His W is good not only for clearing, but for hopping walls, checking brushes, and general vision. His passive also makes him pretty scary in teamfights, with enough health and vamp.

Personally, I would wait for emo's word on it, as he's the most experienced here.

Well i just tried out skarner(since hes free this week and useable to jungle). ended game with 11/1/12 >.> i think i did ok. And my one death was at the end of the game finishing off the enemy base

OK i think i will buy amumu then. He is not even terribly expensive

Amumu is absolute god tier carry games right now.
Mundo/Lee Sin are both pretty good atm but I wouldn't recommend for your first real jungler. (both kind of tough to play right)
Maok is pretty easy and pretty good, really strong ganks.
Fiddle/Sej/Olaf/Nocturne are pretty good as well but are more niche roles.

I'm so tired of seeing Amumu, such a crybaby. Thank god I play Zed, my W is perfect for Curse of the Sad Mummy and all his AoE bullcrap. But yeah, he's super beefy carry right now.

Lee sin is great, but if you cant hit that W you might as well ZZZZZ when you fall off late game.

Maokai is great, like you said really good ganks. He's the preferred jungle of TheOddOne [Team SoloMid's jungle]

Brolaf isn't a niche role, you just throw axes at everything, and don't die. >.> Reckless swing stuff when you can.



Also, I bought Rengar, and I don't recommend him. without a bonetooth necklace and some kills/assists he has a hard time away from brush. But once you manage to get some AD, health, and 6 kills on the necklace... He actually starts to be a threat. I just wish his Ult was as good as Kha's, the two are really similar, but Kha wins in general, hands down. Kha's kit is, like, a better, more flexible version of Rengars kit. His Q is good without empower, his W has more range [and heals without empower], his E is just... better, and his ult has multiple uses, and doesn't get it's duration hurt my damage. Only advantage rengar has is jumping from brush, but Kha gets Unseen threat from brush, so... Kha'Zix wins hands down.

I feel like I bought Yorick or Viktor something v.v hes like a crappier version of a better champ, but hes just as expensive. Nerf bat too stronk.

Next time I'm gonna play it safe and buy a super overused champ like Ez, or Vayne, possibly someone still kinda broken like Kha or Shen. They may not be the funnest champs but... I actually wanna win some matches :\

Very well put. Kha's burst and mobility plays alot better than Rengar's 1.5 sec slow. I can only hope they buff Rengar... eventually... And as far as a meta shift, the KR servers are still using old comps, none of which I've seen with Rengar, so chances are he's gonna fade into obscurity. I was hoping that the Rengar nerf was like Ez's last nerf [where they hit his W hard], not really a deal-breaker, just giving him less build options. It wasn't until I read Rengar's changelog that I realized what a terrible mistake I'de made ._.

Personally, I wish Riot would just balance and fix the champs we have, instead of working on adding even more. Playing as Vi was freakin miserable at first, alot of her skills [like her ult] would just... break, either not do anything, or not do the intended effect. Zed's shadow does an old glitch [I've seen it on other champions] where it goes 90 degrees from where you aim it, and wont go through walls, afterwards your skillshots don't go where you aim them. PF Ezreal still has a glitch where his animation makes him miss cs, sometimes you get the cs but the gold doesn't show. And we have /all kinds/ of champions that aren't played because they aren't viable, they got nerfed hard at some point and just forgotten. If you pick Yorick, Trundle, Karma, etc etc people in Ranked think you're trolling.

So that's why I'm gonna buy a safe AD pick, like Ez. I'm half decent with skillshots, and I'm a beast with timing his ult. Oh wait, HE'S getting nerfed too...

Time for me to continue my "Only plays Zed" marathon. I guess Rengar will be my "just for funsies" champ.
