Oh god, that's my shit.
Get it hot, the more marbling, the better.
Get it thin cut and get tons of it.
Get some crispy Italian bread and slam that shit full of the capicola.
Add a couple slices of provolone and a bit of giardinera.. Optional thin slices tomato and lettuce with a bit of mayo. Mmmm damn.
So fucking good, I'm salivating.
