I hate having Celiac Disease. I never know if that's causing issues or if I'm legitimately sick.

Ah bummer. Manageable though. Cutting out gluten is probably not the easiest thing to do though.

I have cut out gluten. I actually feel worse than I ever did before. It's really not "manageable"; I'd rather be dead sometimes.
