So I finally managed to come out to my mom as transgender formerly-biromantic currently aromantic asexual. This year is off to a good start.

Congrats! Maybe I'll tell my highly religious mother that I may or may not be gay...But I'm not sure it'd work out that same way it did for you. :P

At any rate good luck! My mom only accepts my feelings as long as I don't act on them. Which is little better than nothing, but ah well. One step at a time.
