Not sure if this is in the correct section but I just cant' think of any other sections to post except here.
So the issue here is:
PayPal limited my account for no reason, now I can't send money or withdraw!

I received this on the homepage of PayPal when I logged in:

PayPal is constantly working to ensure security by regularly screening the accounts in our system. We recently reviewed your account, and we need more information to help us provide you with a secure service. Until we can collect this information, your access to sensitive account features will be limited. We would like to restore your access as soon as possible, and we apologise for the inconvenience.
Why do I need to provide additional information about my account?
19 Jan 2012: We've noticed some changes to your usual selling activities and will need some more information about your recent sales.
(Your case ID for this reason is PP-001-632-164-145.)
How can I get my account access restored?

It's usually pretty easy to take care of things like this. Most of the time, we just need a little more information about your account or latest transactions.
To help us with this and to find out what you can and can't do with your account until the issue is resolved, go to the Resolution Centre.
We'll review the information you provide and email you if we need more details or when your account is back to normal.
Once you have completed all the checklist items, your case will be reviewed by one of our Account Specialists. We will send you an email with the outcome of the review.

And then they come up with this bunch of crap:

I have not had a single customer chargebacked at me before so I don't understand why is my account being limited for no reason. I can still receive money but I can't send or withdraw.

My account is unverified by the way so if I do actually get it verified, will this remove my limitation or do I still have to submit all those info? Another thing is, how can I submit all those info when as you all know, I'm selling facebook likes which is intangible goods. How do I fax or upload info to them? Any advice on this will be greatly appreciated.

I would first verify your account, that's probably their main issue. If that doesn't work, contact customer support explaining to them that you are selling a service and not a good. They should be able to fix it after that.

Yeah this has to happen when I am already in the process of verifying my account. -facepalm-
I've already applied my credit card to my PayPal account and all I'm awaiting now is the confirmation 3 digit pin which will be arriving in my mail in a few days time. I hope that PayPal will remove my limit once I verified my account but this whole submitting all these info by uploading files, fax, sending emails of me and my clients is so stupid because my service is selling facebook fans/likes so how can I even provide info to all these? I got this from someone:

First of all paypal is is fucking scam, they lock you into high transaction rates and screw you over like this.

Now, they will have to give you your money, simply put because it's not theirs; after an allotted amount of time passes by they will unlock the option for you to make a final withdrawal to your bank account, or you can ask them to mail you a cheque.

If you believe you have done nothing wrong, you probably are right, all it takes is one pissed off customer to file a complaint about something ( chargeback or not ) and they can lock your account up like it's Fort Knox.

I suggest you should start flipping the bill for a proper payment gateway alternative to paypal, this will help protect your business interest and money.

Always keep in mind paypal is a fucking scam. Posted Image

I hope you are successful getting your money back mate.

And from what I heard, such cases can take weeks and even drag up to 6 months before PayPal will release your money. What should I do?!

I would take screenshots of the confirmation page on fiverr (if that's where you're selling them) and use that as your proof. I can't think of anything else.

I doubt it will take that long. I've never had any problems from paypal though. I believe they have a support number as well to call, you may have better luck using it.

Paypal is a huge racket that profits by stealing donations and creating unfair judgements with excessive hidden transaction fees. Avoid all business with them if possible. They rip people off constantly. They froze my account because I had the word "twincest" on one of my sites.

An individual on reddit recently was never paid for his $3000 violin, Paypal never resolved the issue and ordered the person who stole it to destroy the violin - cases like that are incredibly common.

Rumors of my demise have been greatly exaggerated.

I'm having troubles with Paypal myself. Almost all of my limitations are lifted and I have been verified, however my account is going to become restricted in 9 days. Their customer service is mediocre and this problem has been going on for a week or so. After multiple emails they're finally going to review it and (hopefully) fix the mistake.
