Hey, 

To be honest I still find myself a comic book newb. But when I first started I went back to the originals. I have a few classic collections of Spiderman and Captain America (my two faves). 

It was a great place to start to read them the way they were written when they first came out. 

On a second note, I am trying to get a few more comics under my belt.... but I live in the desert and must rely on online shopping. 

Can anyone recommend some must read comics?

Well I just finished book twelve and holy hell this series is amazing.

It has landed in my top five favourite book series and will probably stay there forever.

Well, I've just started a new job and decided on something light to get me back into the habit of reading.. So I'm reading the Septimus Heap series by Angie Sage.

Hey, 

I used to get so annoyed whenever a movie came out and it was based off a book. Usually all the great little details were cut and it was never how I imagined. These days I've come to accept it. The Lord of the Rings movies really are just fan fiction in movie form. They're three of my favourite movies ever... but I still love reading the book. 

Just more excuses to head back to Middle Earth
