Post your favourite Shipdesigns out there, does not have to be from TV or movies.

I like the Hammerhead from the old show "Space Above & Beyond" which sadly only had one season... worst ending to a show ever.

I don't know that I have a single favorite, but I like all the ship designs from Sins of a Solar Empire a lot.

Also, this picture is probably relevant. It's a lot of different space craft to scale with each other.

EVE Online also has a lot of very cool designs

Those are epic. I've always wanted to get into EVE, but it seems like there is a really high initial learning curve.

Eh, MMO stuff... not my thing. I like things I can throw into a corner and pick up when I feel like. But it sure looks interesting.

I play EVE. Love the ship designs, especially for Minmatar. I kind of hate the Amarr ships though.

A miracle! Someone else who liked Space, Above and Beyond. Great show. Doesn't get the love it deserved.

Not really on the thread topic, but how hard is it to get into EVE?

Very hard without proper guidance. The tutorials have gotten a lot better since I started playing, but it's still a bear. Unless you really really want to play, you're probably going to quit. it takes a lot of patience to get any good, and that turns a lot of people off. You can't really grind.

Yeah, that's what I figured. I'll read a few tutorials and give it a shot though.

If it's a spaceship, then it's already the best. We don't have many of them around at the moment. But hypothetically say we did. Then definitely a Borg Cube. Simply the best, da da da da da.

Haha, Borg Cube, love those things. Can't beat Romulan ships though. Romulan ships rule. And the TARDIS is pretty damn awesome of course. Enterprise... Millenium Falcon... The list goes on forever. Nothing beats a good spaceship.

vipers from battleship galactica are epic I also like some of the ships in galaxy on fire 2. especially alices station/ship thing (hardest boss ever XD)

I can't believe no one has brought up Serenity yet.
Firefly class vessels are pretty damn cool.
Plus Serenity has personality, which makes a ship even better.
