I've been taking stock lately of the things I say to myself mentally.
People would be amazed if I said this shit out loud.
I literally just said to myself, "Put down the sandwich and have a piece of gum you fucking fatty."
I've been keeping track of this behavior so that I can try to change it. I need to stop being so cruel to myself. It isn't helping anyone.
I've also started forcing myself to forgive myself. It's something that I never learned how to do.
Anyone else struggling with things like this? Or any wisdom to impart?
