You should totz get one of dem thar cooling pads if you're worried.

They're only about $10.

Work pretty well too.

If your laptop is overheating, you probably need to clean out the vents. Get one of those cans of compressed air and give it a few blasts, it should help. If it's no longer under warranty, you could also try taking it apart and cleaning it manually. It's more effective than using the can method, but harder to do.

I have tried the canned air and it didn't really help. I'm afraid to take it apart myself. My computer was a display model, so I wonder if that has anything to do with it. Would make sense, I think >.>

I might invest in a cooling pad though.
