I actually kinda digged the story in the game. I think the only thing I was really disappointed in was the inclusion of a broken workshop system which irritated me to no end in trying to get things, as well as the ridiculously underwhelming DLC they released. I feel bad for the people who bought a season pass, only for Bethesda to go "BUILD YOUR SETTLEMENTS" over and over. Far Harbour is supposed to be a great DLC. But ugh? 

 

I really liked the New Vegas for its DLC, even though the guy it was building up to for an ultimate showdown was talked down by my charismatic character, but you know, whatever.

I dunno, I guessed the plot twist pretty early on (when they made a HUGE POINT about it being a good bunch of years later after your initial awakening) and the whole thing just left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. None of the factions felt meaningful, either, and the ending was literally 'who do you want to win with'. I would've liked a bit more of a change in them, when you consider two endings culminated in the exact same thing, but with a different group of people stood at your side.

 

Since I beat the main game I didn't bother with the rest of the DLCs. I just threw myself into getting the platinum and shelving it, because I don't think I want to put myself through that again.

 

Also re: charisma, I did that at the end of Fallout 4.

Maybe my expectations we're too high.

 

The only large settlement on Fallout is Diamond City.

 

I was very impressed with say Novigrad from the Witcher, heck, even New vegas was pretty dope is size.

 

Oh well, I'm off to go scavenge a few Fusion Cores for my armour.

 

It normally resides in Diamond City out of juice.

I've only met 7 so far.

 

I think Dogmeat is by far the best. He's pretty much indestructible. lol

 

The worst? Most definitely the Super Mutant Strong. God that fuckers pretty annoying.

So apparently the PS4 will not be getting the mods that were promised after all for Fallout 4. Also, they won't be included for the Skyrim Remaster.
