The song won an original composition contest on a game soundtrack midi archive site AGES ago--I mean, a long fucking time ago in internet years--and I have never been able to find it again.
I was wondering if anyone here happens to know of it.
I'm gonna guess no.

No but when people mention music I always want to hear it to see if I like it. I don't know why I tried googling it, it didn't work. I hope you find it eventually. I know it sucks to have a song you want to hear again but no way to get it back. I had a song that sounded Indian maybe a couple years ago I found online randomly that was really catchy, but the file was called 'preview.mp3'. I wish I had tried to identify it earlier because I lost it when my hard drive crashed. I learned then to back up my music collection because that was hell and a half trying to get it all back.
