Hrm, I just clicked it to make sure, and it's still working for me. It could be some weird glitch.
Basically, you can solder a jumper from a capacitor to a specific processor leg(oh the days when they were simple enough to do this) and it gives the processor a higher voltage. The only real difference are in games like Perfect Dark though.
