Don't b too hard on yourself. I was kinda the same. preferred the library to sports activities.
I was the runt of my class so anything physical was avoided.
Kinda changed over time. I enjoy the outdoors now, skating, walking, climbing hills. All within the last 3 years. 
Think of it this way, it's like a ps3 game you just started, you ain't guna b the man straight away, takes time to master all the buttons/moves. Just gotta keep at it.
Maybe that should b ur new years resolution? Little by little add some form of exercise into your schedule. Maybe it's a walk to the shop or walking your dog.
If you say no then prepare for another year of misery.... just sayn my bro....

I kinda agree. I mean "Iamanerdandproud", starts a post about nerds vs. jocks, starts many posts about feeling pathetic because he is a nerd. Doesn't add up.

Not to mention he doesn't posted anything actually nerdy, we pretty much just have his word on the fact that he enjoys any section of nerd culture.
If I was going to make any bets, I'd say he probably made the "jock" post on the other forum.
