Yeah you are about ten years late on that one.
It is fun, but entirely a waste of time.
I often ponder how well I could play an actual guitar if I spend as much time practicing it instead of clicking plastic buttons at a pretend crowd.
That being said, playing Guitar Hero while hammered drunk with a crowd of fellow drunks around you cheering you on is about the third most fun you can have while drunk.
It is perfectly acceptable to fear and admire a being you could not possibly understand.

Welcome to 2009.
I completely skilled the last generation of consoles, so I never bothered with it.

Probably pretty well. This is so much easier though.

I miss Guitar Hero.
And Rock Band.
Project Diva is my only music game now. It calls to me...
“Shimatta! Bare… nan no koto kashira?”

Why don't you get/play them again?

Laziness, mostly. And I feel like I've lost most of my dexterity. I retired after getting a few world top 100 scores in Rock Band 3, though I'm sure by now I'm in the tens of thousands mark xD

I actually never got into guitar hero/ rock band. I mean, I own guitar hero (ps2), but I never really played it after like a week of owning it.

I miss Rock Band. It's the reason I know NIN and Iron Maiden.
