My anticonvulsant meds have really messed with me alot, from starting one type, to slowly weaning myself off that one while starting another, and not being able to legally drive the whole time. Things haven't been easy, and have been constantly leaving me drained, irritable, and embarrassingly enough, very emotional at times.
This is a side of myself i try not to show [too sheepish] and so total avoidal has been my method of... hiding it...
wth am I talking about?

Tes- The new pills feel more effective, I havent had a seizure aura, and I get that lightheaded feeling alot less often
They make me irritable when i take them on an empty stomach, and they also suppress my appetite
I've eaten 1 meal in the past 3 days and punched a hole in my wall this morning, so i feel like i need to find a better balance, or at least take my pills at a certain time of day with food

Yeah, that should not happen.
I would have some kind of timer.. watch/cell/comp programmed to go off at a time you know you'll be home or have the item with you to hear it and definitely take it after a meal.
Maybe having a set time will help curb that.
I know when I take my pills on an empty stomach or late, I get a pretty bad stomach ache and feel off for a while after.
It helps to take them early, after a meal.

Yea, i have been working on taking them at noon and 8, usually just carry a couple around now just in case
but the pills make it so hard to eat >.o especially with me having to bump up the dosage a few days ago by doctors orders
Mizel - Thank you

What if you ate right before them?
And just try to snack every now and again.
Even if it's not whole meals, just a little throughout the day can add up.
