Yeah, I am pretty sure Bruce Wayne handles a lot of his own gadgetry.

Alfred is just there to make sammies and crack wise.

It is perfectly acceptable to fear and admire a being you could not possibly understand.

And depending on the universe, be all sexy.

I was never really into superhero comics but I really liked Starfire in Teen Titans. I don't think she's so cute in her original comics though.

Tamaranians are evolved anthropomorphic felines, so Starfire is one of those epic things I love so. Also, her boobs were huge back in the day. +150 points.

I'd probably say Booster Gold because he's the most honest superhero.  One who does what probably anybody would do if they gained super abilities.  He saves lives but show boats.  Human nature being a tricky devil, I suspect most think they'd be Superman but would actually be Booster Gold.  I call it the "Booster Gold Paradox."

But I also got a soft spot for Sandman from DC Comics.  Anybody who rocks a golden gas mask and a green suit with a purple fedora has to be awesome.

I was quite upset when I realized she came from somewhere else and was a scantily clad alien sex object actually.

Then I somehow became okay with it.

I know everyone has their own super hero that they look up too; but ever since I was younger I've always loved Spider-Man.

& I think it'll continue to stay that way for the rest of my life. However I also enjoy Batman & X-Men. =)

Spider-Man however will always stick with me, haha!

Read it and it sucked me in right away.

If I knew anything about superheroes, I'd pick the worst superhero I knew and would say that one was my favorite.

Just imagine I did that.

There's a guy who can make his body as thin as paper. He leads the worst Avengers division in Marvel Comics, their F-team or whatever.

If that guy were in a Miyazaki film, he would be a fucking hero, though.

So many, but my top favorite is a tie between Batman and Storm. Batman because he is such an anti Superman that I prefer and can connect with more. Storm because she is one of the first major black female super heroes and not the typical a sassy black woman which was a big deal for me as a kid because I'm black (and never "acted" like it either).

He'd be better as a small-time supervillain. Robbing places and infiltrating stuff.

I don't really like super heroes for the most part. The only one I really like is Batman (and he isn't even technically a superhero).

Probably said this before but I really have a thing for heroes that do their best to prevent the deaths of their enemies (Batman, Vash the Stampede, The Doctor (pre-Moffat), Starfleet, Solid Snake (the way I play him)) because it shows far more skill and compassion than someone who just sets out with the idea that getting the enemy dead solves the issue fine.

I suppose Spider-man and Superman also don't set out to kill the villians, but I find them incredibly dense and they generally get people killed from their ignorance.
