Search for a problem in your life.  Present it, and we shall develop a DIY for it.  If you don't have a problem, then search for something you'd like to have, and/or be capable of!

My personal favorite DIYs that I've performed:

Wrist Blades(spring loaded)

Smoke bombs

Agility training courses

Homemade workout equipment/resistance suits

Sam Axe made smoke bombs from beer cans and bacon grease in the latest season of Burn Notice.

I really like working with microcontrollers. Some cool things you can do with a $30 Arduino and a few other supplies are:
-build a thermometer, barometer, anything to sense the outdoor world. You can also program it to do certain things based on a certain threshold. Like if its above 25 degrees turn on the air conditioner.
-build a simple robot with two motors and some cardboard. Add a distance sensor and you can have it follow a wall.

I also like DIY solutions for problems in my life. Like I lived in university housing for a while and my window was directly in line with the sun in the morning. The blinds weren't enough to keep the light out so I made curtains out of an old blanket and taped them up. I even decorated them with fabric stars and stuff.

I've found the best ones are stuff you need to do anyways. Repair furniture, fix your car, clean etc.

It's all about finding stuff that needs to be done, and doing it well.

That's because he's awesome. >.>

Try looking through instructables for some of the green living projects.

Well what I like to do is organize all my paper work. It could be anything... from my job papers to my planner. It's always good to do something that will help you out when ever you need it.
