Very, very cool. This just became my project for this weekend. But what about drippage? If you use meat with a lot of moisture or sauce, does it stain the bottom tinfoil?

Yes, but since it's a relatively small square it's easy enough to replace if you need to. I'm also going to be replacing the welded wire grates with cookie racks from the dollar store. I use a 10% bleach/water spray to disinfect the whole box between uses so backteria doesn't build up.

Of note: I talked about increasing the bulb strength to 150 watt and sticking a small fan in the little intake hole at the bottom. This cut drying time by 2/3rds, so I highly recommend it.
