I have a GT630 and GT640 folding for me, and there isn't a lot of information on them, so I thought I could share some light.
The GT630 cost me right at $50, new at Fry's because it was an open box. Normally they're about $10 for the Gigabyte version that I'm using. It has a maximum wattage of 50, which means it sips power. I currently have it clocked at 875mhz and on a 7625 WU it's averaging 28:09 TPF, 7209 PPD. There's also plenty of thermal ceiling to get it clocked higher I believe, as it's only running 60*C.
The GT640 I've kept better track of. To start with, I got a refurb from newegg that cost me $67, shipping included. It has the same 50w limit, and this one is made by EVGA. At stock clocks, on a 7660 unit, it has a TPF of 8:45. I've got it stabably OCed to 1080mhz, with a 10mV increase, and on a 7660 it's now getting a TPF of 7:32, and 8451 PPD. At 1,000mhz, I got a 8071 WU and averaged 5:47 TPF with 9618 PPD. I believe this card can go higher as well, and I'm working to push it. Currently it's running a cool 41*c.
I'll update this thread as I continue to push higher limits of both cards. I'm absolutely positive I can get 10kppd on the 640 given the right work unit.

How much bitcoins would they earn you?

Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?

Almost none. >.>
Bitcoin works much, much better on AMD cards, and video card folding is about to be replaced anyways.

Interesting stability note, the 640 hasn't been shut down since march. It runs 100% 24/7 and is still working perfectly.
The 630 likes to fight with me though. >.>

Yeah, I thought that was pretty interesting myself. Part of it might be the manufacturer as well.
