I honestly think there should be one placed up. There are many subjects I would like to debate/discuss with other members. Pardon me if there is already one and I just haven't noticed, but I am sure there isn't.

If a debate crops up naturally in a random thread then it tends to have more purpose, and be more productive.
As opposed to having a section that is dedicated solely to arguement, where conflict is the goal.
