Chances are it's a human filling out the challenges. You can scrape the captcha, and either do one of those phone apps that are "fill out capthas get $$$" or do it from another website or something.
You could auto flag posts for moderation that have a URL in the first post to require approval, but that's a lot of work and has false positives for sure.
