What is your opinion about this like anime makes people that it is only aimed for kids and teenagers? Why any reason ?

Actually it's all animated and it's just like cartoons and children mostly watch cartoons. Old people don't watch cartoons other than family guys.

I don't think that anime should only be for children. Because sincerely, animations are made by adults. So wtf. Besides if your gonna count Adult Swim, that is also a cartoon. And the same way there are cartoons for adults, there are anime for adults too. But either way, to each its own.
