Well it's the third game you should play if you want to do it in order. MGS3, Portable Ops, and then Peace Walker.

I think the original Metal Gear Solid on the PSone will always be my favorite!!

I believe that game had the best storyline, best villains (Sniper Wolf and Liquid we're BEASTS!!!) and just an overall epic game.

I know the graphics are kinda crap, BUT I DON'T CARE!!! I STILL LOVE IT!!!!

When it first came out everyone was playing Final Fantasy 7 so I bought MGS.... BEST DECISION EVER!!!!!

I hired MGS2 in 2002 and I thought it was an amazing game, I thought the graphics we're simply amazing and Vamp was a sick fiend!!!!

I though Metal Gear Ray was a cool looking weapon (I used to build my own Ray out of lego hahaha)

I also liked how the Colonel (Ben 10's Grandpa) kept ringing you up near the end and said random shit... He even referenced the original MG LOLOL

Sadly this is the only remaining MGS game I still have... Still a good game but I really was engaged with it as much as it's predecessors....

Maybe because I prefer to hide in a cardboard box in a factory as opposed to the grass, I also thought fatigue, broken bones and poisoning was a huge pain in the ass....

I did like some of the story and the showdown with the Shagohod was a pretty cool battle, awesome game... but I didn't think it was a good MGS game...

MGS4

Hahahah basically this game was the only reason why I bought a PS3 back in 2008... I had to starve for a week coz I spent all my money on the console and the game.... IT WAS WORTH IT!!!!

The graphics we're cool, the story was intense, the boss battles we're amazing.... BUT......!!!!

This game felt like a massive movie, the cutscenes we're 20-30 minutes long.... I also hated the loading screen when snakes having a smoke... everytime I saw this screen it was my iniation to go outside and have a cigerweed LOL

Oh ah yeah, Liguid Ocelot was voiced by Ocelot's voice.... I prefer the ponsy British accent!!!!

I clocked it.... only once then sold it....

The only real thing I liked about it was the fight scene between Raiden and Vamp!!!! Best movie EVER!!!!!





I love the MGS Series and I will continue to love them for many years to come!!!!!

Okay, Metal Gear topic, good. I just took a look at the (sigh) Revengeance trailer (That’s the worst name ever) and am more than a little excited. Metal Gear’s always been one of my favorite series, even had a lot to do with the way I grew up. But everything I had heard about this game about six months ago told me I didn’t want to play it.

Kojima wasn’t involved, but I guess it was so terrible he was like, “Come on, guys. Give it to me, I’ll fix it for you.” The name is stupid. The idea of a combo meter in a MG game is idiotic.

But it looks so damn cool. It feels like some spark of the old MG is in there somewhere. And if Kojima did take over, it might be gold.

Oh yeah, what is this Phantom Pain thing? Seems like the crazy things Kojima’d do. Start a fake production company, make a game that seems like MG, put MG Easter eggs in trailer, then release game as a dating sim starring Ocelot. Metal Gear 5: Loveamacondom
