Am I the only person that sort of wants to hit the guy's face? He could have said everything he needed to say in about two minutes but he just keep going oooon. Really loses the point of the video.
P.S. I am against this kid's conviction and hope he gets freed.

Watch the documentary "Paridise lost - The Child Murders at Robin Hood Hills". The idea is akin to what is shown in that documentary.

i think he kept going on like that is to make his point clear enough. I do agree with you though, he did go overboard, I don't think this will change anything >.>

Basically, 'this kid doesn't deserve to go to jail.' Repeat ad infinitum.

Right, but what did the kid actually do?

Made a sarcastic threat to go and murder kids at a school or something because someone called him insane.

Oh wow. 0__o
Well that's messed up then. He deserved a stern reprimand. Perhaps being grounded from his game console.
Seriously though, I could not even begin to handle how snide and obnoxious the maker of this video was.

He's pissed
And I get why he's pissed
One of the points he made was that a "concerned citizien" tracked his address down and gave it to the authorities... A completely different third party.
Now... I'm more concerned that there's someone out there looking up my personal information (and giving it to the police) than a person saying "I'm sooo fucked in the head, I'm gonna eat the still beating hearts out of someone's chest lol jk".
I really feel for that kid though.
People are idiots.
Because I can...

What is he getting charged for? Is that even possible?

Could be conspiring to commit murder. The charge will probably get dropped though, I'd have thought.

brb, redacting every sarcastic remark I've made on the internet
on an odd side note, I know someone who looks, sounds, and acts /alot/ like that.
right down to the voice, douchey beard, and ponytail

I mean, I get that. I get mad too. I just don't like the way his anger manifests, I guess. Dripping sarcasm is pretty off-putting, for me at least.
I think that, when you're angry about an issue, that's the time to be direct and unambiguous.
And yeah, that is super creepy actually. 0___0
It is a huge injustice that the kid is getting heat for this. Most kids are allowed to make a mistake like that.

This is another huge example of the world being nerfed by the powers that be.
You go back to even when I was in school and kids could slug the shit out of each other in anger and maybe get a suspension from school for a few days.
Now, we get stuff like this.
Or that deaf kid that was suspended from school because his name, "Hunter", looked too similar to a gun in sign language.
Or the kids that draw a picture of a gun, or say anything that could be considered violent and suffer massive disciplinary actions.
The whole thing is quite bothersome.
It is perfectly acceptable to fear and admire a being you could not possibly understand.

He's being charged with making a terrorist threat.
But Jesus, someone at my school broke my nose once and only got suspended for a few days, but this kid gets arrested for sarcasm. Well done officers, well done (slow clap)

I've heard way worse things said on the games I've played, and honestly I've probably said worse things myself. Things are getting blow way out of proportion.
