‘ello. I’m Mizel. I’m horrible at this intro stuff, so I’ll keep it short and sweet

Basically, I’m just looking for a good forum to discuss all things nerdy! My loves in life are gaming, comics and metal. By nature I tend to be an overly sarcastic smartass, topped off with a vulgar sense of humor (which I’m finding most people don’t get or appreciate haha ), so I apologize in advance if I come off offensive at times….. Anyways! That’s me in a nutshell. This looks like a great little community and I can’t wait to start discussing and meeting you all

Hahaha, Im enjoying it here already

Welcome! What kind of metal do you listen to?

Mainly heavy metal, with a little bit of black/death mixed in. Some of my fav bands are Mushroomhead (old), TooL, Dimmu Borgir, Static-X, etc.

Honestly, when it comes to music I like a little bit of everything, but I mainly listen to metal.

Mmm Tool and Static-X.

I saw the latter once in concert.
Their bass was so insane I could feel it in my spine.
Epic.

Also, yeah quite a few of us are like that as well. >.>

And don't listen to Emo.
He's just pissed off because they don't make his favorite lip gloss anymore.

Static-X is awesome in concert Wayne's wife was dancing topless one of the times I saw them. Was pretty epic. And one of the other times I saw them, the bassist gave me his beer... oddly enough, not the first person in a band to do so haha I've seen Tool as well. One of the best shows *ever*. I think I've actually seen everyone but one or two bands on my "must see" list. Gahhh.... get me talking about concerts and music and I'll never stfu O_o

lol that's awesome.

Only thing close to that that happened to me was when I saw Green Day and Tre sprayed a super soaker full of beer across all of us.

I would LOVE to see Tool.


Ugh, man I miss going to concerts.
There are so many more bands on my list of must-sees that I've yet to see..

Tool was beyond exceptional both times. Their shows are just, amazing. Very artistic. I've gone to probably close to 100, if not more by now. It's my all time favorite thing to do. Why do you miss it? Gogogogo! None in your area?

I've been to around 50 or so.

I just haven't heard of any good ones lately and don't have anyone to go with really.

That's my problem. Nothing good comes around here anymore That and the music I like is the same stuff I've liked since I was a teenager (since music nowadays is *le crap*) and none of those bands are really doing much these days.... jeez, I'm old xD

Oh lawd, you're preachin to the choir.

90% of the stuff I listen to now, I listened to as a teenager.

At least when we're in homes we'll still be rockin out to good tunes in our wheel chairs.
