So I just got it installed and am loving it, although I am finding that its running just a hair slower than iOS 6. Other than that I love it completely, I was getting tired of the same old look that Apple used. Anyone else have opinions on it?

Happy that you asked.

As a developer, I got access to it earlier than most (sorry if this comes off as an arrogant statement)! It's really cool, but, of course, it will indeed run slower on devices.

On iPhone 4's, control center, the search bar, siri, and the notification center will all be colored in because the A4 chip is so outdated.
iPhone 4S has tiny speed changes.

iPhone 5 I've heard it runs FASTER.
iPad 3 it runs faster for sure.
By faster, of course, I mean that Applications open faster. Obviously, since the chip isn't the newest one, there will be lag at times.

It was nearly impossible to get the final release yesterday, Apple's servers were jam-packed.

Looks too much like Android, in my opinion.
Really like it though!

The biggest change Apple has made to its iOS platform is the user interface, with a complete refresh of the app icons, and a totally new look and feel.
