My current favorite is probably Amon from season one of Legend of Korra, but he is supposedly dead so I'll have to see if he is still around in season two...

You know, Monster was a really interesting and underrated anime. A spooky, original idea amid a sea of harem romances. Not that I'm against that, mind you.
Favorite antagonist? Millions Knives. If you know who he is, I don't even have to explain.

Vegeta, hands down.
Even after he become a force for the side of good he is still a bit of a dick, and never stops antagonising Goku.
It takes a special fella to be willing to die for his friends, and still vocally dislike them on a daily basis.
It is perfectly acceptable to fear and admire a being you could not possibly understand.
