So during this Coronavirus crisis like most people I've been staying home most of the time. As such I've been playing video games, most notably Baldur's Gate and Mass Effect. I was playing the newer enhanced version of Baldur's Gate but then I decided to play some Mass Effect Andromeda. Anyway I didn't get too far into Mass Effect Andromeda and for some reason it made me want to play the first Mass Effect game so that's what Im doing now. My favorite class is a vanguard but I've already beaten Mass Effect 1, 2, and 3 as a vanguard so now Im playing as a soldier. Its quite fun.

I have yet to play the Mass Effect series. Most people have the 2nd game on their top games lists of the decade.

Mass Effect is a pretty damn good series, except for Andromeda for most people.

Good story, characters you can care about (and bang), monsters, aliens, fun gameplay, choose your own alignment is a major focus of the series, overall it's pretty well done too. I've been tempted to replay them all a few times lately but I won't get to since I still have to go to work.

Boourns.

It is perfectly acceptable to fear and admire a being you could not possibly understand.

In late 2009, Casey Hudson told a studio-wide meeting at BioWare's ... 10 years ago, and the failures of both Andromeda and Anthem have left it in crisis. ... You can play it today without getting frustrated, whereas Mass Effect 1 feels ... NPC companions, going back to Minsc and Viconia

I've been playing a fuckton of Mario Kart and those matching mobile games. They're good for keeping my brain occupied.

Balder's Gate: Dark Alliance was such an addicting game. I used to play it a good bit. The sequel, on the other hand, wasn't as good.
