They're promoting positive body image by saying if you ride your bike more you won't look as bad (lumpy and saggy) as half of us.

Is mass nudity really art? Or just a bunch of naked people?

I don't think mass nudity is art it's more vulgar to look at I think then just like 1- 3 naked people.

Well I was under the impression that by you saying that your body is a gift to see meant that it was because you feel that it's some sort of gift that you can grace people's vision with where I was defining modesty in the sense of the quality of modesty being freedom from vanity and boastfulness, however if you saying your body is a gift to see was meant in a more metaphorical way rather than just flat out, "damn I got a great body that people would be lucky to see" and you're referring to modesty in the sense of decency in behaviour, speech, dress etc. then it was merely a misunderstanding. Hopefully this cleared up any confusion.
