Hello folks,
There's an old shop down the bottom of my road, relatively spacious, an ex-off licence, long has it stood derelict, which I always thought was a shame. Today I got thinking, what could I do with shop space if I owned it, and the flat above? I couldn't think of anything fun nor anything that would make me a substantial return on such an investment.
So what would you lovely folks do if you came across such a situation and...maybe £300,000 to but the shop? XD

I would cook, and sell my meals which would then allow me to buy new foods to experiment with and cook some more.

See if I could, I would have loved to try and open up a cafe there, but there's literally a dozen or so within a four mile radius. =/
In fact a pie and mash shop opened up next door and was bankrupt within a month. Literally.
