I'm looking for a recommendation for a color laser printer. Specifically, one that can handle the paper I'm using, which is a 100# cover or appr. 270gsm. I'll be doing a lot of this printing, so taking it somewhere isn't really an option given cost contraints.
After checking, it does not appear that any "consumer" grade laser printers handle anything over 80lb cover, but that's where my budget is. My best guess at this point is to go with something like a Dell 3130 because it can handle 80lb cover using the multi-purpose tray (I'd like to go with the 2150 because it's a lot cheaper, but it only has a multi purpose "slot" to hand feed sheets one at a time - the regular tray can't handle thicker paper).
Any ideas?

100# for printing is pretty thick paper, but I was successful in feeding about 30 pages of it through a deskjet 3000 by HP.(inkjet, top feed)
I think you might be able to get away with using it on a better printer that will handle 80 pound, but it will probably make the parts wear out fast. When I fed it through the inkjet at work, the feed mechanism was making a pretty rough noise.
