I wrote something in my Music Thread.

 

Everything looked normal in the preview.

I posted like I normally do. The connection dropped off like it normally does, 3 refreshes later *poof*

 

Now 3/4 of that post has disappeared :S

I have no trouble accessing the site. Maybe it's an internet issue for you.

I don't know why parts of the post would disappear - when you send a request to a site you won't receive a response until all the header information is sent (ie, the form data containing all the data for your post).

 

As far the connection goes, I'm going to assume it's something between godaddy and your ISP. Can you run a tracert?

Windows key -> r, cmd -> enter, tracert nerdforum.org

Internet is fine, other forums seem good and xbox live and online gaming against americans seem fine...

It's not really a NZ thing, just somewhere along the line a node is fked.

 

In the tracert you posted it's a little out of format. Try doing tracert nerdforum.org > C:/out.txt in an elevated command prompt (if you're on vista/7, start->all programs->accessories right click command prompt run as administrator, on XP or below you can just windows key-r cmd again)

 

and then just put the file into a pastebin.

 

Once we have the full info we can contact the appropriate party to have them look into the issue.
