Laziness + Loneliness = making friends online instead of 'outside'? :)

My name is Lara, I'm 18 and living in the UK.
Big reader, big thinker!
I'm a big fan of shows such as the Walking Dead, Doctor Who, Being Human, and nature documentaries.
I'm quite alternative and have a seriously eclectic taste in music - Anything from Slayer, Pantera and Iron Maiden to Ben Howard, Ingrid Michaelson and First Aid Kit. Music is pretty much what gets me through the day, and I have a habit of spontaneously bursting into song like I'm from a Disney movie. There's another thing - I love Disney... but then again who doesn't, right?
I'm in my final A'level year and I study Sociology, Spanish and French.
I can be very blunt and very sarcastic, but I mean no harm. I'm a realist, an atheist, and nice enough when you get to know me =)
Basically, a mix of social anxiety, enjoyment of curling up in bed with my laptop and tea, living in a small town full of many small minds and watching some of my old friends turn into strangers has led me to try and make friends with people online. I may be socially awkward, I may be antisocial, but everyone needs a bit of interesting conversation and a laugh once in a while!
Peace out

We should be able to meet your needs.
By that I mean we are all hilarious and awesome conversationalists.
Also, I know your troubles with small town folk with smaller minds.
Only about 1400 people in my town, including all the farms in the area.
It is perfectly acceptable to fear and admire a being you could not possibly understand.

I have a habit of spontaneously bursting into song like I'm from a Disney movie.
Oh my god I do that too.
I love singing along to Disney songs when watching a Disney film.

Can I change my introduction to this, all I need to change is what I am studying, gender, and that Im not atheist, I am undecided.
