With plans to crossfire when I build my new computer in april. I have to say, I'm very impressed with the power and temperature. Running it on an Antec 430w power supply too (yay for strong rails). Next up is a bit of overclocking on it.

Using Skyrim as my benchmark, I can get 45 FPS on Ultra settings.

Middle of Org on all the highest settings only gives me around 25. >.>
50+ outside though. Huzza for 16x anisotropic filtering and 8x multisampling.

WoW is extremely processor dependent - and even with the new 8 cores I doubt you'll hit 60 in org during prime time.
The way the game is coded it bottlenecks pretty easily.

LD - indeed. Gonna test BF3 soon too.

emosaurus - Yeah, I'm still using a core2quad until ivy bridge comes out, but there is still a very big difference between that and the 5670 I was using.

I haven't tried WoW on my A6 yet. I'll have to check out what I can set it at once I get this gig of patching done.

Rumors of my demise have been greatly exaggerated.

Right now I'm running very stable using 940/1200 I have room to go higher, but it's starting to get warm in my little mid tower.
Skyrim is giving me between 53 and 60fps depending on the location (60 being vsync)

I don't turn it off in any game. <.<
Kinda pointless to render more than I can see.
