I was wondering if there is any way to turn this feature off? I am quite the lurker and have racked up a large "Time Online" number. It makes me feel a bit uncomfortable that people can see how little of a life I have, that I lurk and read forums online all day while sitting at my computer.
There may already be a way to hide this information but I cannot find it.

I don't believe there's a built in way to hide it. I'll take a look at this asap.

I think we need a profile option to hide it, but keep it tracked. I'd still like to use it for ranks or awards one day.

I don't think anyone will feel any different about you racking up a lot of hours. I always have a tab with Nerdforum open when I'm online, even if I'm not looking. We're all of a sort here, mate. =)

It's my phone that's giving me all that time only, even when I'm not looking. I'm not ashamed of it though, but I can see why others would be...

But it does make me feel a bit ashamed of myself to be able to see how much time I have wasted. It is like when I play MMOs and then look at my playtime, only to get depressed because I have spent more time on it than most people spend in college getting an advanced degree. >.>

I would kinda agree with Galactus, I just joined two days ago and I already have been online for a day. I'm homeschooled so I usually just leave my computer up and have a NF tab open. Although it was the weekend so most of the time I was on I was actually doing stuff...

If you enjoy the time you are wasting, then it isn't really time wasted is it?
It is perfectly acceptable to fear and admire a being you could not possibly understand.
