i have a 'thing' for horror films at the moment.

i want y'all to create a list of decent horrors that i can go watch because i'm craving them.
this can range from ghostly to slasher, i'm open for suggestions.

void from the list (already watched that are decent):

shaun of the dead
woman in black
paranormal activity 1 2 3
human centipede 1 2
a serbian film
martyrs
scream 1 2 3 4
dawn of the dead (remake) (need to see original)
planet terror
death proof

texas chainsaw massacre (i think i have seen two of these)

quarantine
diary of the dead
doghouse
grave encounters
insidious (average)
orphan
the crazies
zombieland


this is all i can think of as of yet. please give me more :D

I love horror movies all the time.

I am however drawing a complete blank.

I do know that the new Nightmare on Elm Street was good.

It delved quite a bit more into the reasoning behind him being burned alive.

look at some of these movies as good scare movies:

1.) sleep away camp series
2.) event horizon
...........................................there are a lot more just drawing a blank

Misery, 1408, and The Shining are all great Stephen King adaptations. I also like The Exorcist and The Blair Witch Project and The Fly. Oh and The Silence of the Lambs. Child's Play is also good but I don't like any of the sequels. Also check out An American Werewolf in London.

I know much of these are classics you've probably already seen but I bring 'em up just in case. :P I'll list more good horror movies if I think of any.'

EDIT: The Cabin in the Woods, and Let Me In. xD

Husk, Jeepers Creepers 1+2, Wolf Creek, Evil Dead, I Spit On Your Grave, Dog Soldiers, Population 436, Vacancy, Shrooms, Grave Encounters, Silent Hill, I Saw The Devil.

Mate, Serbian Film? Really? That's not really horror, it's just kinda sick.

I don't think I saw the Hills Have Eyes there, so that series, specifically the first one. Oh and the Hannibal Lector series.

Zombieland is a comedy (awesome, but not scary) and The Hills Have Eyes is just torture porn so please don't watch.

Watch: Pet Cemetery. It's creepy as fuck. The acting is way bad and there are some cheesy things done/said but I couldn't watch it alone (I'm almost 25 years old..).
The Exorcism of Emily Rose is pretty scary too and the Mothman Prophecies gives me the willy's.

Serbian is my country dude! And, here everything they make sucks -.- But still people here love to watch it.

Anyways, when i remember the good times when i scared my ass off playing hotel 626. Watch some videos on youtube. But you cant play that game now, its deleted. I mean, you enter your phone number in order to pass a few levels in that game, they call you and you have to listen to directions. I mean, fuck right :P Also there is a room where you have to sing so you dont wake up the baby, u have to have a microphone. :D

Nightmare On Elm Street (Original and remake), Hostel 1,2, and 3, Evil Dead, Teeth, Gingerdead Man (you just have to watch it), Child's Play 1,2, and 3, House of 1,000 Corpses, Devil's Rejects....
