Hey everyone!
My name is elisa, and I'm terrible at talking about myself.
Let's see...I am a huge card and board game geek. I worked in that industry for 12 years, and I've recently departed to do something totally different - start my own magazine!
I am a huge costumer, and I make my own prosthetics and elaborate costumes for events I attend year-round.
I am currently writing my own RPG for fun, and I've been in the official playtests of many published games.
I love Firefly, Zelda, word games, mixology, and all things vintage...and I'm one of the biggest Star Wars geeks I know.
I know, big claim, but I am. *shrug*
Oh, and for those who are in a time zone past midnight, May the Fourth be with you!

I second that Spleen. You seem like a very interesting person Cup. You should make a topic posting your pictures as you dress up. Seems awesome. And tell more about your magazine too

Yes, that is me! Perhaps I'll start a costuming thread (if there isn't one already - I'll look first), and I'll post some pictures.
My magazine is actually a classically styled pinup magazine, and we even are trying to do a special edition, dedicated to gorgeous geeky pinups.
Many of the friends and models I know were fed up with the fake "I <3 nerds" trend going around, so we wanted to show the world that REAL nerdy girls do exist! The regular magazine is normal pinups and up and running, about to go into print with the first issue. The geek edition is hopefully going to be funded by a Kickstarter (we have two weeks to go on that one to get to our goal), and I already have tons of content, featuring some really amazing topics. In any way, shape, or form, I'm going to make it happen!
