Description: Born from being prodded incessantly by a friend, Aincrad Revisited is primarily an alternate universe Sword Art Online play-by-post roleplaying board. In a different timeline where Kayaba Akihiko never took ten thousand gamers hostage in a murder game the likes of which had never before been seen, Sword Art Online blossomed into a well-known and hugely popular VRMMORPG. Come along and embark on an inspiring tale of swords, sorcery, romance, and sweet, sweet loot. Or just stab things.
At Aincrad Revisited, there is no overarching plot, aside from event quests which will be posted at random times. Completion of these quests can award just about anything, from rare weapons to S-class cooking ingredients. Or maybe even Extra Skills. It all depends on what, who, and where. Intrigued? I bet you are. So come along and check it out! It's not like you're going to die or anything.
Hot on the heels of my SAO-themed blog (which I HAVEN'T FORGOTTEN ABOUT I just need to play stuff that isn't Call of Duty) is this. Still under construction, but most of it is in place. It's usable, at least. >_>
