Depends. Obviously I would say The Joker (even before Health Ledgers portrayal)

But no I'm going to say......

Batman Begins version of The Scarecrow played by Cillian Murphy.

As you can probably tell by my profile picture, my favorite Batman villain is Joker. I like Joker because of the depth of his characer. I have two favorite versions of joker are the Heath Ledger Joker and the Arkham videogame series Joker (Mark Hamill (aka Luke Skywalker)).

Don't get me wrong. Joker is and always will be the best villain. Esp Joker from "Death in the family" but I would have to say my first villain in awhile that actually impressed me was Talon(s) from Night of the Owls. Should look it up if you haven't.

Crazy hot. (See what I did there?)

Clayface is probably my favorite. I really want him to be in a live action film. Killer Croc would be sweet too.

Clay would be soooooo hard to do though. Croc would be more likely. I could see him as a side villain in a movie.

Clayface wouldn't be all that hard, not with today's CGI.  Hell, I'd see it even if they made him Claymation-style.

All depends on how big they make Croc and what he looked like.  This Killer Croc action figure fits the bill perfectly to me:

I always enjoy Black Mask, the riddler, or Firefly

Victor Zsasz - purely for the way he was written made the Bat books a lot more mature.

I have to go with Scarecrow. Reason being his ability to cause madness with Psychological warfare (yes and drugs). Really scary stuff if you ask me.

I can respect that. He terrifies the shit out of me and therefore is out of my favorites, but damn.
