Someone who writes closed captions or subtitles. It sounds weird, but I'd be really passionate about that sort of thing.

I'd love to work with NASA or the CSA. It would also be cool to work with a big name computer company like Google or something.

I would probably be most happy owning my own book store.
If it were economically feasible I would have done that instead of the embroidery shop that I now operate, but sadly there isn't exactly any money in owning a book store from what I deduced. Money takes precedence over true happiness when that money can be used to get all the other things I need to be happy I suppose.
It is perfectly acceptable to fear and admire a being you could not possibly understand.

It's sad that with the rise of technology and ebooks, bookstores haven't been doing very well. I've seen a store pop up in town that specializes in local publishers that don't show up in Chapters and they've been doing quite well, so there is still hope. Go get your dream!

Heh, I kinda feel ya. My 'grandfather' (as I'm callin him, hehe), used to own a bookstore during all my childhood. I can still remember the feeling I had when I was lurking in the reserve.. That was just so peaceful, there was this ambiance with the sunbeams filtering through the stacks of old books, and I'll be for ever impregnated with this smell of the old paper. Yet some nostalgia, haha ! Sadly he put the key under the door, like 4 years ago (?), when he found himself struggling to keep it up, having a barely decent income, no doubt because people here don't read a lot, sadly, and maybe because of internet, I can't deny. I think I miss it.

The technological state of our world has tapped the book industry a fair bit, but it is the huge stores like Chapters that make it nearly impossible for small shops to survive.
It isn't like way back in the day when a book store was that town's source of literature and that was that.
Maybe someday I will be in a situation life-wise to do what I really want to, but it would take a seriously rare set of circumstances to make it happen.
Like a lottery win, or for my embroidery shop to fail miserably and for me to somehow still have a solid plan to open a book store and have it actually pay my bills and support my family.

I'd love to be a published, accomplished writer. Failing that I'd like my own little deli with a British twist on it.

That was the plan at one point, like...I kinda wanted to have a proper British pub thing going but damn getting sponsored to get into America is rough. Also as much as I like it out here I'm still sketchy as to whether I want to live here for good.
If you guys had free healthcare too sure I'd pack my bags. XD

That's a point. I sure as hell don't wanna be here.
But if I have to be, I want real food, goddammit!

Wellegy wellegy wellegy, looks like someone is suffering from a case of "wish I was Canadian".
We let everyone in, and our health care is universal, and we are super in to anything pub related.

What, France?
And I'll have you know, Affray, that my boyfriend and I had a Very Serious Discussion this week about the possibility of moving to Canada. I voted yes, he voted no. I get 24% vote (the cat gets 1%), so... no.
