GoD MOBA - God of Destiny -

This is a new MOBA developed by LAVA a team under Wayi Entertainment based in Taipei, Taiwan. This game is already available for beta in China and is coming soon in English!

There are almost 100 heroes that are from eastern and western mythology. Also heroes are derived from Chinese novels like Sun Wu-Kong (The Monkey King). Like in League of Legends and Dota 2, each hero is equipped with their own original and specific skills added with equipment bought from the shop. 

The artwork in this game was designed by Chen Uen and it took him 6 months to get the job done. He is well known in China as an art director.

Now before I go into the last thing about game tactics this game was tested by China LPL players directly from LoL eSports! This is how the game was tested and also in how they developed the heroes. So hopefully we won't see any OP/"Broken" heroes and instead see very evenly skilled heroes so games can be more interesting.

Here are some tactics involved in the game: 

• The Blessing system: Blessings would be produced systematically on specific positions every two minutes after the battle is started. A Blessing would enhance a hero’s ability, which motivates players to seize and strengthens fighting frequency.
• The Soul Hunter system: a player can collect the monsters that he/ she defeats, and summon them at right time as supportive attackers. Summon appropriately might also help to turn the table.The 
• Eagle Eyes system: an eagle egg can be used to summon a sky eagle to investigate the enemy, which helps the player to have views of designated area. An eagle egg would be produced at a fixed time period after being seized.​

The one thing I hate about smite ( I know it's stupid) is the way they designed the characters. ANyways here are some pictures:

The only part of this game I really care about is the lore, if any, behind why they chose to use certain mythological figures. A quick google tells me "The heroes in God of Destiny are all from Journey to the West." Oddly however, two of the characters in the artwork up there aren't from Journey to the West. Chang'e, and the female Sun Wukong.

And allow me to rant momentarily, but THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A FEMALE SUN WUKONG! SUN WUKONG IS THE MONKEY KING, AND KINGS, BY DEFAULT, ARE MALE! That character would be more correct if they used his appearance in the Xiyoubu, where he fucking traveled through time, and became the concubine to Qin Shihuang and/or Qin Er Shi. He also did a stint as the King of Hell during that story. All of those would be more acceptable than slapping tits onto Wukong and calling it a new character.

I believe it is a skin not an entire new hero.

Those are all the heroes and all there moves and all there lore.

Judging from the current list, the only characters I'd bother with are Tamamo-no-Mae and Guan Yu.

What doe every MoBA need Sun Wukong in it? Is that like a thing now?

I know that Journey to the West is one of the most referenced stories of all time, but it is getting a bit out of hand.
