What's your definition of nerdy?

I like the songs from The Guild, like Do You Wanna Date my Avatar and I'm the One that's Cool.

I have a couple online radio stations I listen to sometimes, one is the VOG (voice of geeks) Network which has all sorts of nerdy songs, like Paul and Storm and such. If you like asian music, 91.8 The Fan is good too, and for fantasy instrumental music (that is great for studying), I like Radio Rivendell.  Oh, and one last one, even though it's connected to 4chan, R/a/dio is good for anime music, though they're the best when this certain person I don't remember the name of DJs (usually Saturday nights I think) when they play gorgeous anime/game soundtracks. I listen to a lot of radio stations, then I usually get the songs I really like, haha.

Nice! I had no idea they released another video, that was pretty hillarious. Even considering my escalating hate for Felicia Day's 'Look how nerdy I am!' attitude.

I'm having a bad time looking for music to listen to lately, but if you enjoy fantasy/epic soundtracks, check out Future World Music, I have no idea how I missed this for so long. All these D&D sessions would be so much more epic.

It kind of depends what you're into. Tobuscus has some shorter nerdy songs online along with the tracks that go with his literal trailers for video games and movies that I find entertaining. Meekakitty has a Harry Potter song. There's tons of groups that do strictly songs about Harry Potter. Those are very entertaining. There's always things like the A Very Potter Musical soundtrack along with the Buffy the Vampire Slayer musical episode soundtrack as well. I like both a lot. There's people like Lindsey Stirling who do instrumentals of these songs or songs such as Skyrim, Zelda, Pokemon etc and also has her own music which is awesome.

Yeah I know what you mean, both Felicia and Wil Wheaton are doing it and I don't know I used to adore them, even if I'm talking about this on nerd forum I could never get into the 'yeah nerd pride!' thing.

I really like that playlist, thanks! I'll save it to my list, I'm always looking for new music.

Right! How could I forget Lindsey Stirling? She's great!

Speaking of Potter music, Hank Green has lots of that, though honestly I don't think he's the best at singing, I love his song Strange Charm though.

I like some of Jonathan Coulton's stuff. He sings about nerdy things...I mean he did the songs for Portal!

Those were amazing. I want Still Alive played at my funeral. I also want to pay someone $100 to dress as a grim reaper and just stand there at the funeral.

If you like video games, I highly suggest The Megas. They have a bunch of Mega Man themed songs and are fantastic.

Super Guitar Bros also do a lot of great guitar covers of game songs. They're great for chilling to and writing papers!

Anything by Smooth McGroove, Still Alive, anything by Miracle of Sound, the Smosh crew has some pretty nerdy songs (especially the one they made for Assassins Creed 3 and their Zelda rap,) anything by Starbomb, like this:

"The Curious Task of economics is to demonstrate to men how little they really know about what they imagine they can design."
